Terms of Service

Effective May 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Soco Supply, LLC, operating as Cannafornia (“Cannafornia,” “we,” “us”), and govern your use of cannafornia.biz, cannafornia.social, cannafornia.app, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Who can use Cannafornia

Cannafornia is a closed professional network for people who hold an active California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) license, or who are explicitly listed on such a license. You must be at least 21 years old. You must provide accurate information at sign-up, including a license number that you are authorized to claim, and you must complete the identity-verification step we ask of you.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential, use a unique password, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with another person, and you may not create more than one account for the same individual.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Cannafornia for any illegal activity, or to promote any product or service that is illegal under California or U.S. federal law in the jurisdiction where it is offered.
  • Sell or transfer cannabis goods through Cannafornia. The Service is for professional networking and information sharing, not for retail-to-consumer sales.
  • Misrepresent your identity, your license status, or your association with another business.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other members, or post content that is defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Scrape, copy, or otherwise systematically extract information from the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, in our reasonable discretion.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting it to Cannafornia you grant Cannafornia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and otherwise use it as needed to run the Service and to operate our verification and safety systems. You represent that you have the rights to grant that license.

DCC license data

Cannafornia displays public data from the California DCC license registry. We do not own that data and we cannot remove it from the registry. If you believe a public DCC record about you is inaccurate, please contact the California DCC directly to request a correction.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes when we can.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT. Cannafornia does not endorse and is not responsible for the conduct, content, or claims of any member or third party. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANNAFORNIA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution provisions).

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify accountholders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
